The board will notice applicants and licensees of a required appearance. All items for inclusion in the agenda must be received in the Board office at least two weeks prior to the meeting date. If you are an applicant that may have to appear before the Board, your application must be complete by the agenda deadline date or you will not be placed on the agenda. Dates and locations are subject to change.
